We want you to be completely satisfied with your Coco de Mer purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel in its original condition. Please ensure that all tags remain attached and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the completed return form provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
